A certification workflow for vehicle inspection controllers, covering examination periods, exams, commissions, candidate assignment and commission-based evaluation across backend, database and frontend layers.
- Challenge
The specification left ambiguities and missing cases in a domain where an incorrect rule invalidates a professional certification.
- Solution
I identified the gaps and worked directly with the end client to define the expected business behaviour before implementation, then built the workflow end to end across backend, database and frontend, designing the domain logic myself and using AI assistance only for routine implementation steps.
- Result
The workflow shipped with its domain rules settled up front rather than discovered during testing, and remained one of the most intricate parts of the platform.
